#8 How to Minimize Stress

What do you think about your Stress?

We feel stress everyday life, such as jobs, household, relationships with other people, and so on. Especially big changes also lead you frustrated such as moving in a new environment like moving the place you live, or changing company and working with new colleagues.

I'd like to talk about how to take a kind of big movement.

Some people don't like to change dramatically their everyday lives so that they don't feel stressed from that change. However, there are a few people who don't hesitate to change their situation and be exposed by stress. I understand that there are some people who feel stressed about not taking action and stay the same level.

I don't discuss which personality is better, but I want to tell you about how I think about minimizing stress as much as I can.

Big movement brings big stress and keeping stable brings boring.

Many people like travelling, even though it sometimes happens what we cannot expect, and cause us big stress like language barrie or cultural differences. In that case, why do we love travelling? This is almost because we try to escape from daily boring life. Changing situation remarkably is exciting for us while keeping everyday life is boring.

However, there are good points not to change the situation. It is that we don't feel frustrated about extra factors. Living daily life with family, friends and people who like me is definitely comfortable and happy.

That's why I have to tell you that balance is much important to live better. It is sometimes better for us to run and get to the destination quickly. On the other hands, it is beneficial for you to walk and view things around you as well.

The way to minimize our stress is a big issue for us. How to tackle this depends on the individual, but we should take the balance of both seriously.
