#12 My coming career.

会社で資格を取らせてもらえるかもしれない、って話。

Behaviourist

One day, my boss called me and asked, " Do you want to go to the States?" He gave me the opportnunity to go to the United States and get animal behaviour credentials called "Behaviourist". What wonderful chances!!

This year, I'm trying to find my career direction, so his suggestion opened my new insights about my future career.

Challenges toward getting license

Although it was a really affordable plan, there are many types of challenges to get a Behaviourist license.
First, I need to get a TOEFL iBT score over 100. Over 100 means you are enough to learn an academic field in English at University. It must be hard for people who grew up in Japan without an English environment like me.
Second, after achieving an over 100 score, I need to pass the interview with the University. I have just a few times to get interviews in English. That makes me nervous.
Third, I need to take training by myself in English. There is no support from my company, as many people take it for granted, like thinking about my preparation for that.

Future career.

To wrap up, there are many types of challenges that I need to pass, but I'm really eager to get Behaviourists for my future career.
